<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for applying a release agent which controls the adhesion of the release agent to a mold having a bladder for tire vulcanization and a release agent supplying device. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises steps for inserting the bladder 18 into a case 42 in an insertion process, expanding the bladder 18 so as to bring the outside surface of the bladder 18 into contact with an applying member 44 arranged on the inside wall 42D of the case 42, rotating the case 42 about the central axis C of the bladder 18 in the application process to circumferentially move the applying member 44 along the outside surface of the bladder 18 so as to apply a release agent to the outside surface of the bladder 18 by means of the applying member 44 brought in contact with the outside surface of the expanded bladder 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
