<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all primary combustion burner which includes a combustion plate 3, a distribution chamber 4, a mixing chamber 5, an air supply chamber 6 supplying primary air from a combustion fan and a plurality of nozzle holes 52 juxtaposed on a front face 51 of the mixing chamber 5 leaving lateral clearances, mixes fuel gas injected from the nozzle holes 52 with the primary air from the air supply chamber 6 in the mixing chamber 5 to produce premixed gas and stably mixes the fuel gas with the primary air even if positions of the nozzle holes 52 are shifted to a certain degree. <P>SOLUTION: A wall board 55 which opposes to the front face 51 of the mixing chamber 5 leaving a ventilation clearance 54 and with which the fuel gas jetted from each of the nozzle holes 52 collides is erected on a bottom face 53 of the mixing chamber 5. An air introduction port 56 introducing the primary air from the air supply chamber 6 to the mixing chamber 5 is opened in a portion facing the ventilation clearance 54 of the bottom face 53 of the mixing chamber 5.
