<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torch container which is used for Bon (the Buddhist All Souls' Day) and has extremely simple structure and enables wood chips for fuel to be easily fired for custom and tradition to recall the ancestor or the deceased preparing a torch for Bon. <P>SOLUTION: The torch container comprises: a container body 1 in a spherical tray shape made of a thin metallic plate with a number of through-holes 11, 11, ...; at least three shaft-shaped leg parts 2, 2, ... attached to the lower face side of the body 1; and a windproof member A.
