<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of fixing a linear member, a pipe-shaped member, a coated wire member or the like, compact, inexpensive and suitable for mass production. <P>SOLUTION: The clip can fix the linear member and is integrally formed of a base body, a bearing part, and a locking lid. The base body is integrally formed with the locking lid in a rotatable manner at an end. The bearing part is extended integrally from one end of the base body and is provided with an opening into which a rotary shaft is inserted rotatably. The locking lid is integrally formed with a locking part which can lock with the base body at one side, a rotary shaft rotatable in the bearing part which is provided with the opening at the other side, and a planar member covering a retaining part between the locking part and the rotary shaft. The shape and structure of the base body, the bearing part and the locking lid allow for a structure in which a molding die is simply removed in one direction with respect to the parting line and a slider is simply removed in one downward direction.
