<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic substance sheet capable of solving a problem that a conventional magnetic substance sheet cannot be used for electronic equipment used at a place including within electronic equipment where temperature easily becomes high because, at a high temperature of 105°C or higher, thermal expansion stress of magnetic substance powder concentrates in the thickness direction of the magnetic substance sheet, the magnetic substance sheet expands in the thickness direction and stress of the thermal expansion is added so as to expand intervals between the magnetic substance sheets, resulting in a degradation of core strength and real part permeability, because a flat surface of a flat or needle-like soft magnetic material powder is so oriented as to be arranged in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of a magnetic substance sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic substance sheet is formed by using spherical magnetic substance powder and insulation magnetic substance having organic binder.
