PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of controlling timing to delete an application in a license form in which licenses are managed per individual.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises: login receiving means 11; program storage means 23; function introduction means 12 which acquires a program and license information licensed to an individual user from the outside and stores the program in the program storage means; user information 21 in which the license information of the program is associated with user ID; deletion timing receiving means 27 which receives a setting of deletion timing for deleting the program stored by the function introduction means from the program storage means; and deletion means 18 which deletes the program stored in the program storage means by the function introduction means when the deletion timing comes.
