<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilation device which can add moisture to an air supply flow, and simultaneously securing an air supply amount and suppressing a height. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchange ventilation device 60 includes a casing 1 where an air supply path 17 for connecting an outdoor suction port 11 and an indoor blow-out port 12 and an exhaust path 16 for connecting an indoor suction port 10 and an outdoor blow-out port 13 are formed, an air blower 30 disposed in the air supply path to generate an air supply flow directed from the outdoor suction port to the indoor blow-out port, an exhaust blower 40 disposed in the exhaust path to generate an exhaust flow directed from the indoor suction port to the outdoor blow-out port, a heat exchanger 3 disposed inside the casing to exchange heat between the air supply flow and the exhaust flow, and air conditioners 7 and 8 disposed on the downstream side of the heat exchanger in the air supply path to adjust at least one of the temperature and the humidity of the air supply flow.
