<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of reducing the misoperation of a work machine. <P>SOLUTION: A construction machine 100 comprises a seat belt sensor 220 and a controller 350. The seat belt sensor 220 detects whether a seat belt 200b is fitted to the trunk of an operator P.
