<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply raise impact resistance of a dial face for a watch on which a cloisonne layer is formed to also bear a severe use state when it is incorporated into a wrist watch. <P>SOLUTION: A first recess 11 is provided on the front surface side, a second recess 12 is provided on the rear surface side of a cloisonne substrate 10 consisting of metal, respectively, a cloisonne layer 21 for decoration is formed in the first recess 11, a cloisonne layer 22 for warpage prevention is formed in the second recess 12, respectively, and a lower plate 40 is joined approximately over the whole area including the top of the cloisonne layer 22 for warpage prevention on the rear surface side of the cloisonne substrate 10 using a double side buffer material layer 30, where a gel is used as a main body, as a joining material. The first recess 11 and the second recess 12 are formed between a periphery 13 of the cloisonne substrate 10 and a center part 15 provided with a center hole 14 for inserting a hand spindle, respectively. It is more preferable to provide a low step part 13c over the perimeter outside the front surface side 13b of the periphery of the cloisonne substrate 10, and to deposit a break line buffering material 35 at the low step part 13c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
