<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device which prevents a moving part or a locking part from being illegally moved from the outside without using a key. <P>SOLUTION: A press pad (160) and a limiting pad (150) move down along with downward movement of the mobile part (130) when a rotating cam (110) rotates along with the rotation of the key. The locking part (100) is rocked into a release position from a locking position as the press pad (160) moves.
