摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detection sensor which enables long-term use and provides excellent cost effectiveness by reducing the wear of a contactor of a conductive piece. <P>SOLUTION: A position detection sensor comprises: a conductive piece 1 on which two contactors 3 and 4 arranged in parallel to each other at different distances from a shaft center of a rotating output shaft are formed in an integral manner, and which integrally rotates with the output shaft; and a sensor substrate 12 which is fixed to a motor, and on which a first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern 9a and a third conductive pattern 9b are formed. One of the contactors, or the contactor 3, is always electrically connected to the first conductive pattern at a point between first and second movement limit positions. One of the contactors, or the contactor 4, is electrically connected to the second conductive pattern 9a when the contactor reaches the first movement limit position, and is electrically connected to the third conductive pattern 9b when the contactor reaches the second movement limit position. A sliding pattern 13 having a coefficient of friction lower than that of a base material of the sensor substrate is formed between the second and third conductive patterns 9a and 9b so as to be electrically disconnected from the second and third conductive patterns 9a and 9b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
