PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oxidation resistance of a bond coat layer formed between surfaces of a ceramic layer and a heat-resistant super alloy base material.

SOLUTION: The bond coat layer 2 is formed between the surfaces of a ceramic layer 3 and a heat-resistant base material 1. The bond coat layer 2 contains M of both or either of Co and Ni, Cr, Al, Y, and Q of either or both of Dy and Ce, wherein Q is 0.05-5 wt.%, and the balance M, Cr, Al, and Y.
