<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator that can suppress and prevent the collapse of a female terminal at the assembling of an intermediate terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A ball screw shaft 12 is displaced in the axial direction when the rotational force of an electric motor 22 is input into a ball screw nut 11 via a reduction mechanism, and an oscillation member 8 oscillates according to the displacement and moves a movable sheave 3b in a pulley axial direction. At the intermediate terminal 42 which is formed by bending one piece of a metal plate material, and accommodated in a recess 60 of an actuator cover 14, there are arranged: a cover-side motor power supply female terminal 52 which contacts with a cover-side motor power supply male terminal 30 and a motor-side motor power supply female terminal 51 which contacts with a motor-side motor power supply male terminal 23; two sidewalls 46, 47 which regulate the deformation of the recess 60 in the width direction; and stopper 54, 55 which regulate elastic deformation amounts of the female terminals 51, 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
