<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device with which a fixation liquid is applied on a toner image on a recording medium by using an application member and the toner image is fixed in which, while the fixation liquid on the application member is scraped and removed by a blade, the fixation liquid on the end portion scraped is excellently collected. <P>SOLUTION: A fixation device has an application roller 31 for holding a fixation liquid 30a and applying it on a recording medium 9, a cleaning blade 35 for coming into abutment with the application roller surface after passing through the application position and scraping and removing a residual fixation liquid 30c, a collection container 36 for collecting a fixation liquid 30e scraped by the cleaning blade, and a movement member 37 as fixation liquid movement means for moving the fixation liquid 30e scraped in the width direction of the cleaning blade into the collection container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
