<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination balance which is capable of securely discharging all of weighed objects in a hopper and preventing a faulty weighing even when a large amount of the weighed objects are suddenly supplied to the hopper, without largely decreasing a production capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A combination balance includes: a plurality of hoppers 14 and 15; a combination balance control section 31; and collection shoots 16 and 17. The combination balance control section 31 repeatedly executes: a combination processing for obtaining one discharge combination having a combination of hoppers 14 and 15 which has a total weight of weighed objects held therein within an allowable range with respect to a target weight; and a discharge processing for discharging the weighed objects from the hoppers by opening a discharge gate of the hopper selected as the discharge combination, holding the gate in a fully opened state for a predetermined period, and closing the discharge gate. The combination balance control section 31 is configured to determine whether or not an over weight hopper is included in the discharge combination, and if the over weight hopper is included, the gate of the over weight hopper is held fully opened for a longer period than the predetermined period during the discharge processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
