<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high humidifying amount capable of cleaning a humidifying filter without troubling a user, by improving a conventional method of cleaning the humidifying filter. <P>SOLUTION: A humidifying apparatus includes a body, a fan for introducing air into the body, the humidifying filter for humidifying the air, a water storage tray for arranging the humidifying filter, a tank for supplying water to the humidifying filter, and a cleaning device for cleaning the humidifying filter. The humidifying apparatus is characterized in that the cleaning device is linked with the tank, and the removal of the tank and the cleaning of the humidifying filter can be performed at the same time.
