<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder connection device capable of sufficiently securing the flexural rigidity or the like of a connection part independent of the tightening work of a numbered wire or the like and regularly and easily determining the length of an overlapping joint and the relative positions of single ladders with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The ladder connection device (1) has a pair of ladder connectors (2) for connecting the single ladders (A1 and A2) by the overlapping joint (S). Each ladder connector includes a core material (3) in a straight rod shape to be inserted in the hollow foot bar (K) of the single ladder, a planar mooring member (4) integrally connected to the proximal end part of the core material, and a locking tool (6) attached to the distal end part of the core material and projected outwards from the hollow core material.
