PURPOSE: Synthetic resin kerb and a method of manufacturing kerb using waste synthetic resin are provided to ensure enough weight and strength to supply enough bearing capacity. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing kerb using waste synthetic resin is as follows. Phenol resin is impregnated or spray-coated on raw pellet for the upper and lower ends of the kerb to form first-molded pellet(S120,S220). Polyurethane binder, germanium powder and pigment are stirred with the first-molded pellet to form molding materials for the upper and lower ends of the kerb(S130,S230). The molding material for the upper and lower ends of the kerb is heated and pressed(S400).
