<p>Textile material (1) comprises at least a fabric (2, 2-a) comprising a part of at least one of the two faces (3, 4, 4-a) connected to a layer (5) comprising a composite material (6) containing ceramics particles at 1-60 mass.% dispersed in a matrix containing polymer, preferably polyurethane to emit at least a far infra-red radiation. Independent claims are included for: (1) a textile article comprising the textile material, particularly as indoor, outdoor clothing, accessories, household linen; and (2) a process of making the textile material comprising envisaging a layer of composite material, optionally in the form of foam, applying an adhesive (8) on the surface of the composite material layer and/or to the surface of the fabric, assembling the composite material layer and the fabric, or implementing a composite material precursor coating composition (having a carrier liquid, ceramic particles dispersed in the carrier liquid and a polymer, or its precursor, dispersed or dissolved in the carrier liquid), coating the composition to the fabrics, eliminating the carrier liquid, preferably by evaporation and optionally cross-linking the polymer or its precursor to form the matrix of the composite material, or implementing a ceramic-polymer dispersion or its precursor in the liquid state, depositing the dispersion on the fabric, by extrusion, solidifying the polymer to form the matrix of composite material, or envisaging a layer of composite material, optionally in the form of foam, envisaging a polymer film, preferably PTFE, applying the adhesive on the surface of the composite material layer and/or to the surface of the film, assembling the composite material layer and the film to form a multi-layer, particularly double-layer.</p> |
