METHOD FOR SORTING CULTURED CELLS WITH LASER AND DEVICE FOR SORTING THE CULTURED CELLS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sorting cultured cells, by which unneeded cells can completely be removed and objective cells can easily be sorted in a high cell survival rate, and to provide a device for sorting the cultured cells.

SOLUTION: The method for sorting the cultured cells comprises a process of applying a fluorescent labeling treatment to cultured cells containing removal target cells in a culture device, a process of specifying the positions of the removal target cells in the culture device on the basis of the presence or absence of the fluorescent labeling, and a process of annihilating the position-specified removal target cells by the irradiation of laser.
