<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle, capable of autonomously creating new control algorithm corresponding to a driving condition, when the vehicle encounters the condition which is not assumed. <P>SOLUTION: The control device includes: a detection section 10 for detecting a driver state, an environmental state outside of the vehicle, and a vehicle state; an estimating section 20 for estimating the driving conditions that the vehicle encounters; a first storage section 30 in which a known driving condition based on past experience and the control algorithm of the vehicle in association with each other; a determining section 40 for determining that the estimated driving condition is within assumption or not; a creating section 50 for creating the control algorithm corresponding to the estimated driving condition, when the estimated driving place is beyond the assumption; and a conversion means 60 which converts the control algorithm corresponding to the estimated driving condition obtained from the first storage section 30, to the control parameter of the vehicle, when the estimated driving condition is within the assumption, and which converts the created control algorithm to the control parameter of the vehicle, when the estimated driving condition is beyond the assumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
