<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional brushless motor is difficult to be made smaller and lighter since it has a structure having a case storing a stator and end brackets. <P>SOLUTION: A brushless motor includes: a stator 1 where teeth are arranged on an inner periphery; a rotor 2; and end brackets 3 and 4 assembled to both sides in an axial direction of the stator 1. In the stator 1, coils 5 are wound to respective teeth 1t and salient poles 6 are constituted respectively. The rotor 2 includes a rotor body 2A where magnets 7 are arranged and a rotor shaft 2B. The respective end brackets 3 and 4 include: body parts 3A and 4A having sizes equivalent to inscribed circles of respective coil arrangements; projections 3B and 4B engaged between tips of the teeth 1t respectively; and radial bearings 8 and 9. A control circuit board 10 is disposed in the one end bracket 3 in a brushless motor M to realize miniaturization and weight reduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
