PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more exactly execute optical measurement which is useful for physical property measurement of a sample for measurement of liquid.

SOLUTION: This measuring apparatus measures a predetermined physical property of the sample for measurement of the liquid, and includes: a preparation part in which a plurality of materials at least containing a liquid material are mixed; a supply path which supplies the liquid material to the preparation part; a lead-in part which leads the sample for measurement prepared by containing the liquid material supplied to the preparation part via the supply path in the supply path from the preparation part; and a measurement part which measures the predetermined physical property of the sample for measurement led in the supply path by the lead-in part.
