<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase working efficiency by smoothing transition from imaging of a machining part to machining work. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining device includes: a collimator lens 13 collimating laser beams 11 emitted from an optical fiber 9 for transmission; a condensing lens 17 disposed in front of a traveling direction of the laser beams 11 collimated by the collimator lens 11; a second reflecting mirror 19 reflecting the laser beams 11 emitted from the condensing lens 17 toward the machining part of a workpiece W and allowing visible light penetration; and a CCD camera 57 disposed on the opposite side of the workpiece W with the second reflecting mirror 19 interposed between them to image the machining part of the workpiece W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
