<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee control of measurement target gas flowing into a measurement target gas passage and the measurement accuracy of own and other apparatuses in a gas analysis apparatus and a gas analysis system for leading and analyzing a part of measurement target gas flowing into the measurement target gas passage. <P>SOLUTION: A gas analysis system includes: target measurement means 35 for acquiring measurement target gas partially led from a measurement target gas passage and measuring the quantity or the like of a measurement target included in the measurement target gas; acquired gas flow rate measurement means 34 for measuring the flow rate of the measurement target gas acquired by the target measurement means 35; and gas return means 36 for returning other gas having a flow rate equal to the gas flow rate measured by the acquired gas flow rate measurement means 34 to the downstream side from a flow dividing point in the measurement target gas passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
