PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the availability of allocated radio waves for a group with a small number of belonging stations declines when the numbers of mobile stations 30 of the respective groups at the respective points of time become unbalanced while the plurality of mobile stations 30 are grouped and the respective mobile stations 30 respond to a polling command from a base station 20 in a prescribed response order by the radio waves allocated to the group of the present equipment, and a base station modem 22 can not receive the polling command even when it is supplied from a PC 21 when there is no free buffer. SOLUTION: An ACK signal from the base station modem 22 to the PC 21 includes information relating to the number of free buffers together with transmission/reception completion time for each group. The PC 21 selects a group whose transmission/reception completion time is minimum as the group for supplying the polling command to the base station modem 22 next.
