<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter control device capable of equalizing deterioration states of individual power semiconductor devices constituting an inverter device, elongating the life of the inverter device and facilitating maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter control device includes: a deterioration state estimating part 9 estimating the deterioration state of the power cycle life of each of power semiconductor devices 2 constituting an inverter device 3; a phase calculation part 10 calculating an electrical phase difference between the power semiconductor device having the earliest deterioration of the power cycle life and the power semiconductor device having the latest deterioration of the power cycle life, based on the deterioration state of the power cycle life of each of the power semiconductor devices 2 determined by the deterioration state estimating part 9; and a display part 11 displaying the phase difference calculated by the phase calculation part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
