<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device in which occurrence of color conversion loss is suppressed, a color conversion member can be detached simply, and each color conversion element can be converted into a different color. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device 200 is provided with a substrate 202 of which on the front surface a light emitting element 201 is attached and a device body 210 to surround the substrate 202. The device body 210 has a cylindrical reflecting surface 207 installed on the front side of the substrate 202. The reflecting surface 207 has an incident port into which light emitted from the light emitting element 201 enters, a reflecting surface which reflects light entered from the incident port, and an outgoing port from which the light reflected by the reflecting surface is discharged. A color conversion member 205 of a three-dimensional shape corresponding to the shape of the reflecting surface 207 is attached and detached to the reflecting surface 207.
