<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contact a scintillator of a columnar crystal with a radiation conversion panel without using adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: In a radiographic device, a scintillator 150 is formed by vapor deposition of a columnar crystal 148 that can convert radiation into visible light on a first surface of a support substrate 144 supporting the scintillator 150 and transmitting visible light along a direction crossing the support substrate 144.
