<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart device in which, when outputting a prescription, its data can be uploaded to a server device for external reference to be available for reference by a patient. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart device inputs and records medical examination information on a patient in a medical institution and outputs a prescription based on the recorded medical examination information. When outputting the prescription of the patient, the electronic medical chart device uploads prescription information on the prescription to an external server device so as to be available for reference and outputs a referential code required for referencing a dosage history on the server device composed of the uploaded prescription information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
