<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for suitably producing a resin gear which prevents resin from being peeled off due to the load applied to a gear surface. <P>SOLUTION: Gear-shaped resin sheets Sa are laminated such that tooth portions 2b thereof are aligned in the axial direction, to form a spur gear-shaped net-shape body 4. The net-shape body is then stored in a net-shape body holder 14 having a spur gear-shaped holding space 14a. A spur gear-shaped pressing member 15a provided in an upper die 15 is lowered to heat and compress the net-shape body 4, while a tooth portion of the resin gear formed in a lower die 12 is pressed into a helical gear-shaped molding space to deform the tooth portion 4a of the net-shape body 4 into a helical gear inclined relative to the axial direction, and the direction of reinforced fibers in the tooth portion 2b of the molded resin gear 1 is inclined relative to the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
