<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate an installation site of a femto base station without using an IP address acquired thereby. <P>SOLUTION: First neighboring macro cell information about macro base stations in macro cells identified by a simulator is stored in a femto base station operation section 22 in association with a femto base station ID of a femto base station 13. When the femto base station 13 is powered up, the femto base station 13 collects radio conditions to generate second neighboring macro cell information about surrounding macro base stations 10-12. The femto base station operation section 22 acquires the second neighboring macro cell information from the femto base station 13 powered up and compares it with the first neighboring macro cell information to determine whether or not the femto base station 13 is installed in a scheduled installation site at least according to whether macro base station identification information is matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
