<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow effective utilization of power consumed for a load test and to suppress burdens related to treatment of exhaust heat due to the load test, in a load device using liquid, which is used in a load testing device of an AC power source such as a private power generator or used in a load stabilizer of a cogeneration system. <P>SOLUTION: A DC load device using liquid for performing a load test of an AC power source to be tested comprises a rectifier connected to the AC power source to be tested and a DC load resistor using liquid, which is connected to a DC current converted by the rectifier.
