<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily recognize the drive direction of an imaging apparatus, when the direction of the imaging apparatus having drive mechanisms for panning and tilting is to be fitted to a desired imaging direction. <P>SOLUTION: A pan aid guide 315 indicating a pan drive direction is superposed on a display image 310 without overlapping with a movement route of an imaging center moved by pan drive, as illustrated in Fig. (a). Because the pan aid guide 315 displays the pan drive direction even when the imaging direction of the imaging apparatus coincides with a pan rotary axis, as illustrated in Fig. (c), the user can recognize the drive direction of the imaging apparatus. Also, the user can recognize how a pan main guide 313, which indicates the movement route of the imaging center moved by the pan drive, is varied by a tilt drive of the imaging apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
