PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by increasing an information amount of which a user is notified.

SOLUTION: The charge controller 1 of an embodiment, in performing charging based on reservation information including charging start time and finish time, notifies a notification section 8 of a prediction result of electric energy amount chargeable by the time of charging finish. Accordingly, the charge controller 1 can improve convenience by increasing the information amount of which the user is notified compared to a conventional case.
