<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of making the hue of radiated object in water to be the same natural hue as on land even when light is radiated on the radiated object in water. <P>SOLUTION: A luminaire 1 includes: a white light LED 5; an orange light LED 6 which is a non-white light LED; and a control section 9 for controlling the light from the white light LED 5 and the orange light LED 6. In this case, the light from the orange light LED 6 has chromaticity of chromatic coordinates (x<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, y<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) in the direction where x is increased with the chromatic coordinates (x<SB POS="POST">0</SB>, y<SB POS="POST">0</SB>) for the white color LED 5 as the reference on a straight line going through the chromatic coordinates (x<SB POS="POST">0</SB>, y<SB POS="POST">0</SB>) for the white light LED 5 and the chromatic coordinates (x<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, y<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) obtained from the distribution of spectral transmission factors in water corresponding to the spectral distribution of the light from the white color LED 5 and the distance in water from the luminaire 1 in a CIE chromaticity diagram. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
