<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage for rolling bearing and a rolling bearing using the same, the cage capable of preventing the leakage of grease to the outside of the bearing without requiring a design change of a seal member or a bearing ring and capable of preventing an increase of bearing torque. <P>SOLUTION: Shaved parts 20A and 20B are formed on an inner peripheral edge part 10 of each pocket inner face 5d of the cage 5 so that the shaved parts 20A and 20B are located apart from each other to both circumferential directions relative to a virtual plane S. With this structure, grease adhering to a ball can hardly be scratched off when the ball rotates. Moreover, a groove 25 extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cage 5. Even if the grease is splashed to the outer diameter side due to a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of an inner ring at the time of bearing operation, it is held in the groove 25 and therefore does not contact the inner peripheral surface of an outer ring.
