PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supplying device capable of preventing impedance matching in devices or spaces between other than a power transmission unit and a power receiving unit.

SOLUTION: A power supplying device 110 generates electric power having a predetermined frequency. A power transmission unit 130 receives electric power from the power supplying device 110, and transmits the electric power to a power receiving unit 210 in a non-contact manner by resonating with the power receiving unit 210 of a vehicle 200 through an electromagnetic field. An electric power sensor 150 detects reflective electric power to the power supplying device 110. A communication device 160 receives a power receiving state of the vehicle 200 from the vehicle 200. An ECU140 on an infrastructure side controls power transmitted from the power transmission unit 130 on the basis of the power receiving state of the vehicle 200 and the reflective electric power to the power supplying device 110.
