PURPOSE: A terminal capable of offering information to a visitor is provided to offer convenience to a visitor using network infra resources. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) performs data communication. A display unit(140) outputs in-company organization chart. A user control unit(150) is prepared to designate a desired telephones among telephones on the organization chart. A microphone(160) receives audio information which is applied by a visitor. A control unit(120) request a call connection to the designated telephone through an in-company intranet. The controller performs communication using the connected phone, the microphone, and a speaker.
