PURPOSE: A payment means operating method is provided to prevent the overdue of a content usage fee or a communication fee by providing a fee calculation service through the account of a client. CONSTITUTION: A server(140) includes an authentication key reception unit(155), a fee calculation unit(145), and an information transmission unit(160). The authentication key reception unit receives an authentication key from a client wireless terminal(100). The fee calculation unit calculates a content usage fee and a communication usage fee in a wireless terminal. The information transmission unit transmits the authentication key and the calculated communication usage fee and content usage fee information to a server(2). |
