<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device and an information processing unit capable of obtaining stable detection characteristics regardless of a pressing position. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive sensor 30 comprises: a first electrode 31; a second electrode 32; and an elastic member 33. The first electrode 31 is fixed on a sensor panel side, and the second electrode 32 is fixed on a housing side. The elastic member 33 is disposed between a sensor panel and a housing and elastically supports the sensor panel with respect to the housing. The pressure-sensitive sensor 30 has a first area formed by using a first electrostatic capacitance and a second area formed by using a second electrostatic capacitance which is greater than the first electrostatic capacitance, between the first electrode 31 and the second electrode 32. The pressure-sensitive sensor 30 detects a pressing force inputted to an input operation surface as a change in electrostatic capacitance between the first and second electrodes 31 and 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
