<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of displaying an elastic image that accurately reflects elasticity of living tissue in a manner easier to see than the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes an elasticity data originating section for computing the physical quantity on the elasticity of each part in the living tissue to originate elasticity data; a physical quantity averaging section for computing, for every frame, the average of physical quantities in a region where the elastic image of the living tissue is formed based on the elasticity data; a ratio computing section for computing the ratio of a computed value by the physical quantity averaging section, to the preset average value of the physical quantity to compute a quality value Qn; and a display image forming section for displaying the elastic image based on the elasticity data ED1, ED3, ED4 of the frames that meet a predetermined reference based on the quality value Qn, out of elasticity data ED1, ED2, ED3, ED4 stored in a memory, as a moving image composed of continuous frames. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
