<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad replacing tool capable of preventing wrong assembling of an anchor pin, capable of corresponding to the work for replacing various pad assemblies to restrict costs low with the only one pad replacing tool, and capable of remarkably reducing the development cost for correspondence by only opening a hole in a part now in use (a support plate). <P>SOLUTION: This pad replacing tool, which assembles an anchor pin to prevent a fall of a pad assembly installed by sliding in a support plate of a pad holder provided in an open end of a brake arm, includes a tool body to be bent and detachably attached to the support plate.
