PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission control device that properly prevents excessive synchronizing shock regardless of aging.

SOLUTION: The automatic transmission control device having a one-way clutch includes: an elastic modulus calculator for calculating an elastic modulus from an input shaft rotation speed and input torque, in engagement of the one-way clutch when elastic vibration is generated on an input shaft of the automatic transmission; an input-torque restricted-amount determiner for determining a restricted amount of torque to be input to the automatic transmission so that a rotational vibration amount of the input shaft is equal to or less than a predetermined value on the basis of the elastic modulus; and a power generator controller for control a power generator so that torque being equal to or less than an input-torque restricted amount is input to the automatic transmission in the engagement of the one-way clutch.
