<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket that equalizes a gasket abutting part of the gasket which is arranged so as to surround an opening all over the whole periphery of the opening, when the opening or a door of an air tight chamber is closed by a lid. <P>SOLUTION: The gasket G is characterized by comprising: a gasket body 10 which is attached to one of a first member 54 having an opening 52 and a second member 56 for closing the opening 52; an air tightness holding piece 20 at which a tip side 22 is inclined with respect to the upper face 12a of the gasket body 10, and which extends from the gasket body 10 so as to air-tightly contact with a member positioned at a side opposite to the first member 54 attached with the gasket body 10 or the second member 56; and a position holding part 30 which connects the gasket body 10 and the air tightness holding piece 20 while permitting the approach of the tip side 22 of the air tightness holding piece 20 to the gasket body 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
