<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element capable of improving heat radiation characteristic of resistive elements of chip type, and attaining miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A non-reciprocal circuit element (2-port type isolator) includes: a ferrite magnet element 30 comprising a ferrite 32 of rectangular solid equipped with a plurality of central electrodes wound criss cross, being electrically insulated from each other, and a pair of permanent magnets 41 sandwiching both surfaces of the ferrite 32; a circuit board 20 on the surface of which terminal electrodes 25-28 are formed; a chip type resistive element R functioning as a terminal end resistor; and a capacitor element C1. On the circuit board 20, the ferrite magnet element 30, the resistive element R, and the capacitor element C1 are mounted, with the resistive element R being mounted on the circuit board 20 in such state as contacting to the permanent magnet 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
