Disclosed is the non-therapeutic use of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), or DHA-derived EPA which is enzymatically incorporated into a glyceride; and wherein said DHA, EPA or DHA derived EPA is in at least 40% by weight in relation to the total fatty acids content of the glyceride; or wherein said DHA, EPA or DHA derived EPA is incorporated into an sn-2 position of the glyceride; as an anti-ageing agent, as a sports performance enhancer in individuals subjected to physical exercise, or for maintaining blood glucose levels in individuals during physical exercise.
