The invention relates to the field of heat exchange and use of low secondary energy resources for reducing heat input for heating residential and other buildings as well as premises where the temperature of wet bulb thermometer for humid air is higher than that for a cold heat carrier delivered to the recuperative heat exchanger. The proposed invention is aimed at selecting and optimizing the conditions of use of high-performance heat-exchanging porous and permeable textures from high-conductivity materials (copper, aluminium and others), wherein free removal of condensate from through pores or specially made channels effected by gravitation without significant influence of capillary forces is required. |
