<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure, which has conductive particles electrically connecting between electrodes, and is highly reliable in terms of electrical continuity. <P>SOLUTION: A connection structure 21 according to the invention includes: a first electrode 2; a second electrode 3; and conductive particles 1. Each conductive particle 1 is held between an upper face 2a of the first electrode 2 and a lower face 3a of the second electrode 3, and electrically connects between the first and second electrodes 2 and 3. The conductive particle 1 is partially embedded in the upper face 2a of the first electrode 2; a concave embedded part A is formed there. The angle which the upper face 2a of a part 2b of the first electrode 2 where the embedded part A is not formed forms with respect to a straight line connecting between the deepest point 2x of the embedded part A of the first electrode 2 and an upper end point 2y of the embedded part A of the first electrode 2 is no smaller than 165 to under 180 degrees. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
