<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation spacer that facilitates assembly of an electronic unit to an engine body. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulation spacer 50 is arranged between a plurality of bosses 37 formed at an engine 100 and the electronic unit (CDI unit 70) having a plurality of penetration holes 76 formed so as to correspond to the plurality of bosses 37, and also includes a plurality of attachment parts 55 composed of a plurality of pinching parts 57 which correspond to the plurality of bosses 37 and are pinched by the bosses 37 and the electronic unit, and circumferential walls 59 formed at external peripheries of the pinching parts 57 so as to protrude toward an engine side, and a connection 51 which connects the plurality of attachment parts 55.
